Millpaca is opening the gate to the public for the next two weekends as part of National Alpaca Week.

Come and get up close to an alpaca, find out all about this amazing animal, and see & feel the incredible fleece.

Animals & alpaca products are available for purchase.

Open from 10am to 4pm 11th & 12th, 18th & 19th May.

Millpaca Secures Shanbrooke Genetics

Shanbrooke Accoyo Taquile, undoubtably one of the greatest females having continually produced champions, is enjoying her new home at Millpaca along with Accoyo Invincible her son, who has also produced National Supreme & Champions. Taquile daughters, Charisma & Taquiles Delight are also enjoying the NSW weather. To top off this great coup, Accoyo Seduction, dam of the 2011 National Supreme Champion is also enjoying the sunny south coast.
All have entered our Embryo Transfer program and we are looking forward to showing the results of combining our leading edge genetics.

What a Weekend!!!

We had a great weekend in and out of the ring at the Charles Ledger.
Fortune Seeker managed to secure the elusive double being Supreme Champion in both fleece & halter shows.

Our team were awarded 2 x championships, 3 x reserve championships, 11 x firsts, 7 x seconds, 2 x thirds and 2 x highly commended.

At the fleece show judged by Shane Carey our fleeces were awarded 5 x firsts, 2 x Champions, 1 x Reserve Champion & the Supreme Champion Huacaya fleece.

Millpaca Females Shine at Hawkesbury Show

The depth of our females was highlighted this weekend at the Hawkesbury Show winning 5 out of 5 championships and 1 reserve championship.
French Kiss then went on to win Supreme Champion which was her 2nd Supreme at the Hawkesbury Show.

Tesk Centaur kept the males on a high winning Champion Mature Male.

In all we were over the moon with the results from all 16 of our team, winning 15 first’s & 1 second.
A first & third in the Sires progeny capped off a truly great day.

Most Succesful Exhibitor

Millpaca was awarded the most successful halter exhibitor at the Royal Sydney Show. Our team of 21alpacas were awarded 3 x championships, 2 x reserve championships, 8 x firsts, 6 x seconds, 4 x thirds, 1 x forth and 1highly commended. Fortune Seeker was awarded Supreme Champion, Champion Senior male and Best Light Fawn.

From the 11 fleeces entereI, 6 were awarded ribbons. 1 x first, 3 x seconds, 1 x third and 1 forth.

Alpaca Showcase at the Easter Show

Ambersun Fortune Seeker was again awarded Supreme Champion at the Camden Show on the weekend.
That makes 3 shows in a row for our top stud male.

The rest of our team did very well again with everyone getting a ribbon.
