To celebrate National Alpaca Week two of our regions leading studs, Illawarra Alpacas and Millpaca combined with the Hungry Duck Restaurant at Berry on Wednesday 11th,  under the guidance of Chef David Campbell and the support of Slow Food Shoalhaven, to present a 6 course Degustation Menu of Alpaca. Fifty guests from all walks of life (Winery owners, other restauranteurs and food journalists) attended the evening and voted it a resounding success. To view the menu click here.
